As good as Only Way To Be is, however, it is out shadowed by the two b-sides which accompany it. Gold Dust, a Queens of the Stone Age-meets-The Decemberists prog-rock caper glistens with exciting melodies and a sing-along chorus, while closer Tall Tales is a stunning classic rock romp with killer solos, hard-hitting vocals and masses of power.
With a now-settled line-up, and having toured across the UK, Europe and the USA during the past two years, this Aberdeen five-piece are set for great things in 2010. Recorded in London with Driveblind guitarist Nicholas J Tyler, Only Way To Be is a indicator of great things to come.
Only Way To Be is out now on Fat Hippy Records.
